Our country depends on an educated population who not only understand the issues, both sides of all issues, but take the time and have the good sense to understand how politicians positions on issues affect them enormously.
Whether you are a Democrat, Republican, Independent, Constitutionalist, Greenie, Communist, Socialist makes no difference. In this country you can vote and, believe us, activists from all parties are out voting to make a difference and push the country towards their position.

What hurts us all are those people who don’t question their own beliefs, don’t question their own chosen party or politicians, don’t question anything.
As the article below says, “Our civic duty is to cultivate wisdom and become conversant with the issues … the walking and voting part is just a byproduct of that study …”
If you have not thought about your vote and have not thought about who it helps and who it hurts, please stay home and don’t ruin it for the rest of us who have studied and worried long hours into the night.
